Calculator daily calorie intake

Calculator daily calorie intake is an excellent tool to determine the energy needs of your body depending on the mode of training.

For calculations we use two formulas:

  1. Formula base metabolic rate. This formula uses multiple values, such as your height, weight, age and gender to calculate basic caloric need
  2. The Harris-Benedict Equation. This formula takes the value obtained above, and applies a factor depending on the level of your activity.

The only factor that is not accounted for in this formula, is the percentage of fat in the body. Remember, people with more lean physique requires more calories than a full one. The resulting figure is the daily requirement at a certain level of activity. In other words, it is important to remember, want to lose weight, subtract 200 calories from the result you want to gain, add 200 calories to the result.
